George Cwirko-Godycki is a well known illustrator and notable art instructor at Ringling College, Florida.  In this class, he will show you how to handle drapery and you will learn how to use the folds of the fabric to benefit the gesture of the pose.  Students will focus on the elements of quick sketch: gesture, rhythm, line of action, volume, stretch and pinch.  You will also learn to unify the action of the pose by creating shapes that give a dynamic read.

You will benefit from George’s generous teaching style as he provides informative lectures and beautiful demonstrations. Participants will be working alongside George from live costumed models.
