Linocut Printmaking - Ages 8+

This is a perfect introductory class to linocut printmaking! During this class students will experiment with mark making using different linocut blades, learn about the skills, tools and safety rules needed to make prints. We will discus designs, patterns, shapes, positive and negative spaces and other basic design principles to make a successful print. We will experiment with printing on different paper and use various color ink. Materials included.

Let your kids celebrate Valentine’s Day the creative way in our Valentine Art Class. 3 hours of fun for the kids and a perfect chance for parents to have an early Valentine’s date! First, kids will make Sweet and Special Valentines by collaging specialty papers and embellishments. Then students will create their own Heart Felt Pouches and sew a Mini Chibi Stuffie from felt. So useful for holding their Valentines and so adorable.
